I am weighing in early this week. It’s my birthday and by gosh I reached my goal! Actually, I went a little bit over my goal! My goal was to lose 50.2 pounds by my birthday and hit 180 pounds. Now I see the 170s and I couldn’t be more ecstatic! I know that these last 30 pounds will be nothing now!
I haven’t felt this great… EVER.
I decided after much consideration that my next goal is not going to be a scale goal. It is going to be a non scale victory but of course I still have to lose weight and work really hard to achieve it. I got a cute little dress from American Eagle that is just a little too small. Well, it fits but I don’t ROCK it. My new goal is to absolutely ROCK this dress with confidence and wear it out somewhere! I don’t know if that will be in 10 pounds or 20 or even at my goal but by gosh I’m going to do it!
